For further information on Emory's ISOS program, print your membership card or to update your information in ISOS, please visit Emory's ISOS Portal.
Per Emory's travel policy all Emory funded official travel will be booked through the 3 Emory preferred vendors. Once you book through one of Emory's travel agencies your flight itinerary will be uploaded into ISOS.
Emory has a number of awarded grants and contract which may have strict restrictions on travel and require the use of their own travel agency. In the event that you will be traveling through external funding for official Emory business you will need to register in ISOS. Entering your flight itinerary, hotel information, school & department and any emergency contact information will be helpful should you need any assistance during your travel.
ISOS also offers students a 20% discount to the user for any personal travel.
If a crisis such as an earthquake or civil disturbance should occur in the country your are traveling in, you are encouraged to contact ISOS using your travel card. ISOS will assist registered travelers to seek medical need to evacuation. You are also encouraged to notify your department and/or Emory CEPAR of your current location and well-being.
