Eva Rodriguez serves as the Threat Assessment Program Management Specialist in the Office of Critical Event Preparedness and Response (CEPAR), primarily supporting the Threat Assessment Team (TAT) at Emory University. Eva serves on the Enterprise Threat Assessment Council, spearheading projects and initiatives for process and program improvement. Prior to holding this role, Eva served as a Senior Project Support Specialist supporting the Emergency Response Training program contract between the United States Public Health Service (USPHS), CEPAR, and Emory.

Before joining CEPAR, Eva served as Lead Research Specialist within the Renal Division at the School of Medicine at Emory, where she managed and coordinated research projects for the renal physiology research team. She also served as a member of the Department of Medicine’s Research Strategic Planning committee, to assist in establishing the goals, programs, and initiatives for 2023-2025.

Eva is a graduate of Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. As a graduate student, she volunteered with the Malaria Branch at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, supporting the development of systematic reviews. She believes that our passions drive change in this world and strives to continue to tap into her own.
