Martinna Roldan
Emergency Management Specialist
Martinna Roldan is a graduate of Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in human health and economics (’25). Martinna has a background in emergency medical services, having volunteered as an Advanced EMT with Emory EMS for three years and serving as Chief of EMS during the 2024–2025 academic year. Before joining CEPAR, Martinna worked with Tacoma Water’s Emergency Management team.
Originally from Ecuador, Martinna now resides in Decatur. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing tennis, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
