To help you prepare, here are the standard documentation requirements: 
  • Resume or CV
  • Copy of Georgia Office of EMS and Trauma license
    • For more information, please visit: EMS Personnel Licensure
    • If you do not have this at the time of submission, please submit a copy of your NREMT certification
  • Copy of CPR/BLS certification
  • Copy of a valid U.S. driver’s license or state ID
  • (Optional) Letters of recommendation
